Gingerbread cookies are one of the best cookies to have as seasonal cookies.
Gingerbread cookies originated from Greece and Egypt where honey, and spice were used the most for baking in the 1930’s. The gingerbread cookies are mostly made for winter time tradition’s which makes it a really nice treat. Gingerbread cookies also can be used to make gingerbread houses and in some countries they’ll hold tournaments to see who will build the gingerbread houses.
